1 pack sweet peas (usually sold in 130g-packs)
1 pack fresh white shimeji mushrooms (our pack was 150g. You can also substitute this with any other mushroom of your choice)
50g fresh wood ear mushrooms
6 slices ginger
30g carrot, shredded (1/4 of a regular-sized carrot)
Salt. pepper, and oyster sauce (to taste)
Healthy cooking oil of your choice (olive oil is a healthier option)
- Fry garlic and ginger over medium heat till fragrant, then add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir fry for a while, then sprinkle in about 2 tbsp of water.
- Add a bit of salt, black pepper, and oyster sauce, and stir fry till sauces are combined.
