300g ladies fingers (sliced)
1 red chilli (deseeded and sliced)
1 tbsp dried shrimp (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Fish sauce (to taste)
Soy sauce (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Healthy cooking oil of your choice (olive oil is a healthier option)
- Fry garlic with dried shrimp and chilli with a little bit of oil till lightly golden.
- Place in ladies fingers and add a bit of water (approx. 100ml).
- Add in a bit of soy sauce, fish sauce, and pepper to taste, then fry till all liquids are absorbed (taking care not to over-fry).
- Serve immediately.
