Ingredients
1 large ripe sweet mango
5 to 8 leaves green spinach
1/2 cup filtered water
Optional
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients with a high-power blender until smooth.
- Adjust thickness accordingly with filtered water. Add more water if smoothie is too thick
- Serve immediately.
