Lyn Kong has been an athlete for 17 years and is an all-rounder in sports and fitness. In 2012, she finished 8th in the 2012 Asia CrossFit Open Competition. She has trained all types of clients of all ages, including athletes, models and children. Certified as a CrossFit Coach, ACE Personal Trainer, REHAB Trainer, Certified Kettlebell Trainer, and also a POSE Running Coach.
